We have prepared the following Illustrative Masterplan, showing how the development could be laid out within the parameters set by the Composite Parameter Plan.  Please note this is not a fixed layout for the scheme – the precise layout would be decided at the later ‘reserved matters’ stage if our outline application is approved.
